Time for Walter to go?

Before someone has a go at me, I appreciate the great job he's done at Gers since his comeback, but he's stuck with 4-5-1 for longer than I can remember doing us more harm than good, he wont use subs, he wants us to lay back against every side and hit on the counter and we couldnt even do that tonight. His last game at parkhead and he went out with a whimper. I usually stick up for Walter but after tonights shambles I wouldnt be sorry to see him step down early.
