Switching sections at a big concert?

I'm going to a Paul McCartney concert next month at Yankee Stadium. I am in section 422 and my friend's mother bought tickets in section 107, though we are going together (?). There seems to be a lot of seats left in section 107. Could my mother and I sneak into section 107 without getting caught?
