Why does my boyfriend destroy things when he gets mad and any suggestions how to handle it?

thats a man tantrum video tape him when he does it and show him how he is acting and that he looks like a child when he does it and find a different way for him to get mad and express him self a tharipist woult hurt either :) good luck
