I want to meet Jesse McCartney. I am going to marry him some day. So how do i meet him?

I am obsessed with jesse mccarntey. Im gonna marry him. But i need somewhere to start. So how do i meet him. And dont say back stage passes because ive already tried that and the people told me i could go backstage but i wasnt aloud to see him. so dumb yeah i know. and other suggestions??:)
