Could anyone tell me how to whiten my skin?

Im a brown skinned person, a malay skin as what u can see on my pics. I want to know what specific products is best for whitening my skin...I want to hav a smoth, even toned skin...I have an oily type of skin. I noticed that there is a small "pimples" that has a yellowish substance inside, in my face whenever I am overstressed..what should I do to get rid of those? Pls answer my guys and I'll give 10 pions to whoever gives me the best.....thanks
