I booked concert tickets and I'm confused?

I booked Paul mccartney tickets but I got them before the tickets were sold to the general public... I payed for both my tickets and a booking fee, but I don't understand why I could book them before they went on sale.. I payed 350 bucks dose this mean I might not get them? And yes I went on the real Paul McCartney websight to book them. My concert is on the 15th and that's in like 3 weeks... And I haven't gotten anything...
